Day 1: Marangu Gate to Mandara Hut

• Start the hike at the Marangu Gate (1,860 meters) and traverse through the dense rainforest.
• Reach the Mandara Hut (2,700 meters) for an overnight stay.

Day 2: Mandara Hut to Horombo Hut

• Continue the trek through the moorland with stunning views of the mountain’s vegetation.

Day 3: Horombo Hut – Acclimatization day

Day 6: Horombo Hut to Marangu Gate
